- Shipping time frames: We make every effort to ship your order as
quickly as possible–in many cases the same day.
We ship all orders in 7 business days or less, and within
2 business days for Express Ship orders.
- Charge Policy: Because we only accept orders for items that are in stock, we charge your credit card
when you place your order.
- Cancellations and Returns: If any item you order is incomplete or does
not meet your expectations, you may return it by contacting us within 30 days of your order
for an exchange or a full refund.

- International Shipping time frames: Orders from outside the United States are shipped within 7 business days pending verification of credit.
- US Shipping method: Orders inside the United States are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS depending on the size of the order.
- International Shipping method: Orders from outside the United States are shipped air parcel post.
- Currency: All prices are in US Dollars.
- Charge Cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard only.
- Order Acceptance: We only accept orders for items we have in inventory. Items in your cart
that are back ordered can remain in your shopping cart for purchase when
they are available.
- Order fulfillment: Sometimes we can't always ship you an item in your order (for example, the
stock we have in inventory may not be up to our standards).
In those cases, we will either figure out how to get the item within our seven-day shipment
window or we will refund your money.
- "Free Shipping": "Free shipping" only applies to orders shipped via standard ground within the United States.
Eligibility for free shipping is based on the fully discounted total amount for the order.
- Shipping and Handling Cost Basis: Shipping costs are based on the List Price of the item, exclusive of any discounts.
Shipping and Handling fees include both the cost of shipping as well as our order processing.
- Discounted Items Limitations: All discounted items are limited to one per customer.
