list. Before you send us a message, you may want to check here to see if we've already
answered your question! We also post corrections to our books and kits on our

Q: I am looking for a particular kit. Can you help me find it?
A: Whether it is a new kit that is not yet at your local store
or an older kit that you just can't find anywhere, we will always try to
assist you. Your first option is to go to our Shop
section which includes a very flexible Search
page that lets you browse through our entire catalog for words in the titles or descriptions
of our products, even by author and product type.
If you can't find it here, send us your request through our
Contact Us form.
Include your name, address, daytime telephone
number, and the kit name/number. If you don't know the kit name or number,
please give us as much information you can: the designer's name, a description
of the design, the product line, and where you saw the design.
Q: I've run out of or need to replace ingredients or instructions for my kit. How can I get them?
A: If the kit/book/leaflet is currently being sold, the manufacturer
will be happy to assist you in replacing missing ingredients. Because
each manufacturer has their own colors of yarn and floss, we suggest
that you contact them through their web sites. If for some reason
they cannot assist you, we will do our best to match your yarn
or floss colors.

Q: I think I've found an error in one of your books or kits. Do you publish corrections?
A: Yes we do when we find them and can correct them with the
assistance of our publishers. Go to our
Corrections page to find them.
Q: Where can we find Kooler Design products?
A: Since we produce so many kits, books, leaflets, CD's, not all
stores carry every one of them. We now have most of current products for sale
in our Shop section. You can also copy a description and image of the product, take it to
your local shop and ask them to order it for you. In many cases, the manufacturers
and publishers of our work have "store locators" on their sites. Go to our
Links page to find them.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: At this time we do not have a printed catalog, however, our products are
published by many manufacturers and publishers who each have a catalog. Most of the
books, kits and other products that are currently available of our designs are shown
here on our site in our Shop section.
Q: Can I order your products for my store, catalog or website?
A: We are only retail, but our manufactures and publishers will be happy
to assist you in purchasing our products.

page whenever we can. Please always check here first for updates.

Q: I'm a designer, will you buy my stuff?
A: We review designs regularly. If you are interested in designing for
Kooler Design Studio, you may submit copies of your designs. Send them by mail
(please send a self address stamped envelope so that we can return them, or you
may e-mail images. Be advised that similar themes and designs may already be in the
works. Our Creative Director will contact you.
