My DH just can’t understand my need for shoes. I had to sneak the two new pairs I bought yesterday in while he was napping.
Now, a few years ago, I injured my back and found out I could no longer wear heels. I was heart-broken, but in the years since I have found that there are just as many lovely flats out there I can drool over and purchase, even if they don’t always have the pizazz those stilettos have.
I even have a shelf in my closet quite similar to this display in Barbara Baatz Hillman’s design Antique Shoe Collection where I house my collection.
And since I can’t wear lovely high heels anymore, I think I should stitch up this lovely design to hang in my closet right beside the purse collection I wrote about earlier this week. Whatcha think? My closet would definitely be the most beautiful room in the hizzouse then!
